Graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Human Relations and a minor in Psychology. Currently attend Marywood University as a first year graduate student pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology, Clinical Services.
Experience
I received a 740/800 on the writing section of the SATs, so I feel as though I am qualified in subjects such as grammar, sentence completion, and the structure and function of sentences. Having received my undergraduate degree in communication, I am well-versed in matters related to public speaking and writing. I have taken AP Psychology in high school, received over 18 undergraduate psychology credits, and am currently studying clinical psychology at the masters level. I therefore feel competent in teaching the subject matter to those who seek guidance. I have worked at a sleep away camp and have experience working with children and adolescents at varying capacities. I am very approachable and understand that every person works at his or her individual pace, benefiting from learning strategies unique to the individual.
