I have years of tutoring experience as a volunteer and paid tutor and have really enjoyed it. I have worked with students aged five to ten (although I can work with older students as well), and can tutor in a wide range of subjects. My observations help me discover the best way to teach and coach my students. If they enjoy the learning process, they will get exited about exploring new material and subjects. When a student begins to see his or her improvement, they start to build the confidence they need to reach their learning goals. I tutor in the areas of Algebra, Elementary and Middle School Math, Trigonometry, Biology, Italian, History, Psychology, Geography, Ecology, Science, Social Studies, and Social Sciences. I also do test preparation for the International Baccalaureate program, and I received an International Baccalaureate diploma from my high school. I attend the State University of New York, Binghamton, where I am studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
